The peaceful and joyful atmosphere at Living Oak helped us relax and eased our burdens. We were able to see that there was hope for our young boy, who has behavioral issues. Even though we were there to get prayer for him, God used the time to bring deliverance to me as well. The prayer partners really hear from the Holy Spirit and it was refreshing. When we left, our six-year-old boy said, "I like that place. I wanna go back to that place!".

I’ve been to Living Oak to receive prayer twice now and I can say without a doubt that the Lord moves there.
The first time I went, I was a depressed, anxiety-ridden teen who hadn’t heard the voice of God in a long time. I wasn’t sure if He heard me or even cared about me due to my not-so-good circumstances. After wrestling with whether or not I should receive prayer, I eventually went, letting the Lord use that time as the catalyst to a new start. The prayer team never could have known some of the things spoken over me or how deeply their prayers hit home. God used them as vessels to share with me His heart and His love for me. It was truly life changing!
The second time I went, I was in a much better place in life, but I had tons of questions and felt like I needed more guidance from the Lord. Though what the Lord wanted to say to me wasn’t what I was expecting, He knew exactly what I needed to hear and spoke through the prayer team greatly. Many happy tears were shed!
God used this time to give me a greater understanding and reverence of the power of God as well as more insight, clarity, trust, peace, and joy and a better hope for the future.
Living Oak Prayer Ministry is such a blessing! The Lord moves in life changing ways!

I had prayer at Living Oak three times on different occasions. When I walked into the room, there was a beautiful peace. The leaders were very welcoming and friendly. They were considerate, intentional, easygoing, and in-tune with the Holy Spirit. During the first prayer session, I came in heartbroken and carrying a heaviness. I walked out of those doors with a renewed joy, hope and peace. I was also healed from a medical issue I have struggled with since I was about 5 years old. I experienced the power of the Holy Spirit and I realized how much God loves and cares for me. Because of these prayer sessions, I was also able to have a clearer understanding on my purpose in life. It inspired me and helped me to get back on my feet. It helped me grow in my walk with Christ. It completely changed my life!!
